Hope you and your beautiful family have a wonderful White Christmas, I really learned a lot from you, I have searched thru a lot of YT tutorials from diff presentors/content makers, but you’re the only one I could understand and follow. You explained before, during and after each session, and I appreciate the Trouble Shooting techniques in one of your vid clips. PS I also make good breads, few desserts (as I originally was going to retire Overseas and set up my own bake shop, including macaron making).

"For your pastry 'needs'" LOL I made the French Macaron recipe last weekend. I'm going to try Italian meringue macarons this weekend. I filled them with ganache made with bittersweet chocolate, heavy cream, a tiny bit of butter, some vanilla, a little espresso powder and some almond extract.

Hi Nicole, thank you for all your tips and tricks. your macaron recipe is the only one I I've had the best success with, my problem is baking on silicone mats, either under or over baked I use parchment and do ok I like how silicone keeps the shape better. any suggestions will be appreciated. thank you and the best to you and your family on this new adventure.

I have watched other videos of yours in the past but somehow missed this and just finding out about your relocation to Anchorage. I’m happy to hear that everyone is adjusting so well compared being in California and the lower 48. We will be sailing up to Alaska for the first time on a 7-day cruise with Princess Cruise Lines starting 9/16. So nice to hear the update. I live here in Northern California and have close family inboth Anchorage inHope. I hope to meet you someday. Your recipes and help with Macarons have definitely increased my popularity. I give Macarons often to my year old son who attends many parties and musical events, he says his Mom’s Macarons are always a hit.You can tell, right? Loved this update. When I visit ANC from PDX, I always give Anchorage the stamp of beauty. Have you visited Fire Island, Kaldi Brother Coffee, or Summit Spice and Tea Shop yet? On every visit, these are must-stops. Enjoy your adventure.

Yes, I loved Fire Island bakery and Summit Spice and Tea is a huge favorite of ours. I dont go out to buy coffee much but I have gone to Kaladi brother co once.
