Hi! I made these and my macarons were perfect in terms of internal texture, crisp from the outside and soft on the inside BUT they didn’t develop any feet and also cracked from the top 😭 Can you please tell what could’ve gone wrong?

Hi! Every time I do this it ends up being super oily or too watery to make into a paste and it just rolls around in my food processor but I’m not sure why ): if I don’t but the water or oil it doesn’t get into a paste. Do you know why or how I could troubleshoot this? Thankyou in advance!

Hey Nicole! Did you use your regular recipe for dark chocolate ganache? Every time I make it, it tends to get a little soft on its own with just the heat from my hands, I can’t imagine hitting the filling with my torch! How was it able to sandwich without oozing out the sides?!

5:09 the absence of a appropriate oven undermines the experiments validity, it’s not an experiment comparison the oven has hotspots.

I don’t have specifically s’mores shells, but my macaron 101 video has my shell recipe in the description of the video and then for the filling I use my chocolate ganache from My top 5 fillings video and marshmallow fluff in the center. 🙌🏼🍫

Hi, Nicole. I've made these croisants 4 times by now. They are spectacular outside: big, flaky and crunchy. But, inside they turned out kind of hollow. Any clue on what I'm doing wrong?

I don’t think it’s bad you eat those everyday. Those have meat and vegetables, it is better than fast food/ junk food. It’s like saying “is it bad that I eat vegetables every day?” If what you’re eating is healthy, it’s GOOD that you’ve had that every day for lunch this week.
