My great grandparents homesteaded here in the 1940s and now it's a thriving little town of nearly 200 people year around. I was born and raised in remote Alaska and met my husband in 2020 when he came to work for my parents resort. We got married in the spring of 2023 and love sharing our life with you all.

I miss my grandmother’s knitting. She did so much. I still have some of blankets and scarves even though I live in Florida now. I guess you’re the jock of all trades.

That is beautiful to see the cards on your tree. On our first Christmas we had the money to buy one tree topper and one ornament. It was my first Christmas away from my family in Michigan. We lived in a ghost town in northern Washington. I bought two bags of bows and that is what decorated our tree along with a popcorn and cranberry garland. Those are waaaay too much work. I would love to send you a Christmas card, but I live in British Columbia now and there is a postal strike. Really enjoying your vlogmas videos, it is such a nice start to the day. Thank you.

I would say it is a good beginner project! I gets you doing 4 different stitches in a round, which is easy in my opinion
