@@TheAuroraChasers we arrived Friday March 24,2023 . We were lucky to see a glorious and beautiful display of the Northern Lights. Thursday’s Northern Lights made it in the national evening news because it was seen almost in all of the USA ,Canada and Europe. Team Marketa knew where to go since they have their electronic gadgets ,experience to help them ( plus the weather,Mother Nature cooperated) There was hardly no wasted time since the lights were already there when we arrived around 1200 am. My hubby made a very good decision to rent one of their cameras and tripods. He got enough tutorials from Ronn. Team Marketa made sure everyone received help with their cameras, iPhones. They also had hot drinks and kept their van warm throughout the trip. Team Marketa even allowed us to make a short stop on the way home to see and take pics of more lights. People if your spending all the expense to fly to Alaska to see the Northern Lights ,you should get The Aurora Chasers.

I live in Agder, Norway, and I agree with you, Ronn 😊 The winter/early spring are nice times to hunt the northern lights, but the beautiful colors of the vegetation in the autumn(epecially early autumn) kinda adds a lot to the scenery. Another plus is that most of my friends are less busy in the fall, so it's easier to get a friend with me on my trips 😊 I have had 2 very successful nights so far this aurora-season, with colours and more detail in the auroras. The first time was in October and the second in February. I also saw it a couple of times in the winter, but it was less colourful, and not as bright. Didn't last as long eather. So it is definitely true that you typically get better results around the equanoxes. But last season, the best night was right before Christmas, so it's not always better around the equinoxes, but typically, yes 😊 Love your videos, by the way 🌌
