nice catch on the first lynx, got my first last season. Yes, it makes good bait. I can also agree with your review on the taste and texture of lynx backstraps. I thought it was quite good.

A lot like the country I trap in Northern Saskatchewan. Maybe that Griz couldn't make the hill either and it died trying, lol. That was a really nice find. Really cool catching another Wolverine especially when they told you there wasn't many in your area! Thanks for the great video. I really enjoyed it. Best of luck to you.

Great episode. I can't count many places to go for a Five-star lynx recipe, plus the marten bit was handled well (not too traumatic for a seven-year old viewer). I'm loving this vicarious Alaska trip.

Hello, Your tents are what we use for ice fishing...we also had the issue of snow coming in under so I found a solution...went to a shop selling old area rug and tarps...got a 10x12 rug and tarp...used marine adhesive and glued them together...with the tarp side facing the doorway, the weight and rug keep the snow from getting int tent...helps keep the heat in as well

The wolves can smell you on the other traps, that's why they avoided them
