It's holiday time! I have always wanted to learn how to make a turkey and there is no better person to teach me than the master Turkey maker, Mark Alba (Jessica's dad)! Not only is he a really good time, I was super excited to learn all of his secret tricks making the ultimate Holiday Jalapeño Turkey! This recipe is so good, I can't wait for you to try it!

Lizzy both of you look SO YOUNG.....rationally I know Jessica has to be over 40, because I loved, loved, loved Dark Angel and that was in 2000 and now it's 2024, I think she's a little younger than me and I'm 46, but man, I sure can't see either of you as over 25. 😲 With both of you, most of your beauty radiates from within. Passion and wisdom inside creates beauty outside. 😍 If Jessica ever makes a Dark Angel movie, I hope you are included as another X5 or maybe a newer generation genetically engineered warrior. I know I always talk about that show, but SO MUCH happened on that show in only two seasons, it was great science fiction! Anyway, I love turkey and also love Jalapeno, so I would want some of this food as well!! 🙂

Oh he means the "quarantine 15" thats what people call it. I feel like the fruit peel zest adds the flavor of the fruit without adding a lot of juice which you dont always want

Too much work for one day, My recipe is way easier, and it's very delicious. So, thanks for the video however I am staying with mine!
