Councils are nothing short of thieves, I live in Ipswich QLD, our major went to jail. Our Mayor after that got booted out along with others are out of control, increasing fee's at the drop of a hat. And quite greedy with costs to the public. When will this stop time to help the poor ordinary people. It is no good throwing money at people for a bill, our goverment needs to do their job. I think that the Victorian Labor government is powerless against the CFMEU that can do whatever it likes, and no one has the courage to disagree with what the CFMEU. So for the AFL and others who dare to throw their weight around, the CFMEU will tell them exactly what they can or cannot do. It is all part of the reality in Vitoria which suggests that if there are some who connected in the 'right circles' they can do whatever they like.
