ALBANIA: KOSOVO REFUGEES CROSSING BORDER

It is feared at least 20 Albanian men may have been killed by Serbs on Thursday.
Kosovo refugees who crossed into Albania claim the men were taken away by Serbian soldiers from the village of Goden in the southwest of the province.
With so few international observers left in Kosovo there is concern about the plight of the province's civilian population
Almost two hundred ethnic Albanians were reported to have crossed the border at Dobrune on Thursday.
They were apparently taken there by Serb troops.
Albania is worried Yugoslavia may try to drag it into the conflict.
Yugoslav armed forces have apparently fired several shells across the border.
Albania has been reinforcing its border defences.
