Yes you are right, Montenegro is much cheaper, I could not go there as it was in the red list . I was in Croatia in September , It is expensive. Videos are on my channel. I also went Mostar, Bosnia which is also cheaper. You should try to go to Bosnia if you can. All the best. 🇬🇧
