The Albatros D.Va is one of the most beautiful aircraft of WWI. And this model looks fantastic too...

WW1 aircraft are amazing, the colours that must have filled the sky back in the day would have been just insane!!

Thought I had enough Albatros models but then I saw this one and ......guess the rest. Love the scheme, the colours and many thanks for the extra history. Boy yours came out of the box like it was hunting Camels. Usually much sweating and swearing accompanies my unboxing efforts for these. The Diecast Gods are smiling on you today!

Haha you can never have too many WW1 peacocks!!! I think mine came out easy as it was a second hand purchase. I have had WW1 models that refuse to budge at times held in by magic!!! Yes for once the gods were favourable to me 😂👍

@@kieranfox6633 Colours are crazy right. Imagine looking up I'm the sky during WW1 and see all these brightly coloured aircraft flying around. Would've been a sight for sure!!

Swastika didn’t even represent the Nazis in 1918 , but I’m sure someone will be offended

That, shown here isn't a swastika. That is an ancient symbol for luck... The nazi swastika rendition is reversed ie mirror image.
