good lesson thanks, just a thought, you may find it easier to play the b notes with your little (or 3rd) finger at the 7th fret of the E string which will leave your first finger above the fifth fret ready for the A triad on the first 3 strings.

Just discovered you James...71 year old novice..hate formal lessons,have arthritic hands so do what I can..love your tips on technique and easy way you put your instructions across..currently have a repertoire of around 50 tunes...around half of which are a decent rendition..hard work doing albatross...simple tune but the bending is my struggle..I use a fender digital amp as can't be bothered with all the clutter with pedals and all that palaver. Using fender Tele at moment god intonation but maybe better with my gretch semi as it has tremelo.. oh by the way pdfs for tabs won't download for me ,don't know why,have done downloads before. ..all the very best... Bill,merseyside

Hi, I have just found your site. I have heard that even though Peter Greens Fleetwood Mac had three guitarists!😮Peter Green, Danny Kirwan, and Jeremy Spencer. That on the production, there are five guitar parts? The extra ones for fills, slide guitar, etc. I think it was the first piece of music that sank into my ❤️ as a four year old in 1968

Better on a Fender Stratocaster. I have been playing this for many years
@stephennicholls91887 күн бұрын
Yet Peter Green played it on his 58 Les Paul which Gary Moore ended up with. But I agree it sounds nice on a Strat but not as good as the original.

You can't play this on an Enya guitar because of the 2 frets less (only 21 frets) but you can go an octive down.
