Taking the hose straw off and adding the liquid while the tool is upside down and spraying is definitely a starting point to identifying the source of the problem.

When I took the nozzle off I have 2 pins, a spring and the nozzle. Does the naked pin go in the back of the gun? Thanks

Can I spray a slightly viscous solution of say 50% Sodium Silicate + 50% water with an average specific gravity of 1.2 g/cc using this Spot Gun? I need to spray this solution on to a disc pelletizer and should be a fine 'mist'

Worst cleaning gun ever! gets clogged, sprays unevenly, I got replacement and its even worse. Tried to fix over and over again
