Me parece o me equivoco si pienso que solo te sirve para la primer pasada en caso de volver a realizar el proceso te mancha el numero que esta al lado del que queres estampar porque ya tiene carga de tinta? o tenes que limpiar todo?? terrible si es asi

I loved this press! The number guide was kinda worthless and only good for doing single digits so I made mocked up numbers templates out of illustration board and used those as my to spot my location. Literally just took seconds to do and never had a number off. I literally used this press every workday for 10 years until I quit my job. Only gripe was the 4" numbers were too much of a pain to run ...especially if they had an outline so I ran those on another press. If you're running numbers this is the press to have. ...Just make sure you have a good flash unit on rollers when running 2 color.

The two color set up is backward if you ask me. Always easier to do the outline last especially if your on a clock..which we all are. The tilt down screen should always be the fill and just be laid in there resting against the crossbar and locked in and put the outline screen on the roller and register it up against a fill print and then use the adjustable stoppers at the end of the support arms to make adjustments to register the outline. Then readjust the pallet so that its centered up with the outline screen. Trust me, I would set up sometimes 10 jobs a day on this press. Oh, I say the fill should always be in the tilt because I almost never had any issues with ghosting on the rolling screen. I would get ghosting every once in a while on the fill but the trap is large enough on the outline that it would cover up any problems and give you a nice crisp number. Only thing to make sure is when flashing the fill is to let it cool down before doing the outline to avoid it sticking to the back of the screen and ruining your day.

You could have gotten a much faster time if he would have started with the stack of shirts laid face down. It pains me to watch him flip each shirt. then when he does the fronts they are again all upside down so they have to be flipped. Looks like a great machine but some common sense goes along ways.
