Awesome, thanks. I stayed in the CBD with a friend during the first lockdown (Mar/Apr/May 2020) and wandered all round the city while it was so dead quiet. There's a lot to take in when there's none of the usual hustle and bustle. I came upon this last remaining section of the Albert Wall and was intrigued by it. Yes it is an amazing piece of Auckland history. They were supposed to save the entrance to the barracks, not sure of the mechanations that resulted in another part being saved. Episode 8 covers the surviving portion kzbin.info/www/bejne/pHzLaYmenth8ic0 Cheers
