Liver Cake | Its really good
In this video, I'll walk you through,
The very tempting and easy to make recipe with liver.
You can use chicken or pork liver as well!
Ingredients
2lb beef liver
1/4 cup flour
3 eggs
2 tbsp sour cream
1tsp salt
3 carrots
3 onions
3 bay leaves
1 cucumber
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayo
2-3 garlic cloves
Green onions
Cook onions and carrots until soft, add bay leaves and let it cool. Wash and clean liver. Add flour, eggs 2 tbsp sour cream, salt to blended liver and combine. Make liver pancakes and let them cool. Grind cucumber. Mix together sour cream, mayo and garlic. Assemble our cake. Liver pancake-sauce-cucumber-carrots+onions and continue. Garnish with green onions. For better taste let cake rest in the fridge for couple hours or overnight.

Didn't know this was actually a thing! I'm a Filipino and one time I made something similar out of mashed chicken liver, onions, garlic, scallions, grated carrots, flour, and egg and pan fried it and made a spicy sweet and sour sauce as well as a sweet soy sauce with chili garlic to go along with it. It tasted great, but I guess this one would taste better.

My daughter and I both love liver. We usually serve it with creamy mashed potatoes on the side and spicy green beans. Best bit is when you get a little bit of everything together on the fork. Liver, green bean, and potato all together. Sometimes I make gravey in the same pan I cooked the liver in then add it to the potatoes. So good.❤

Fun fact of the day, did you know the liver is the only organ in the body that can regenerate if damaged just like a lizard missing a tail the tail grows back if you take a little chunk of liver out it will grow right back, the more you know
