Hi sir , I just want ask that I am finding a job in painter or in finishing carpentry but my concern is that in these types of job ( painter) we have to work in different job sites or construction area so many of employers doesn’t have a proper place of doing business they just gave their home address as a business operating place is it will be fine in future if a employer doesn’t have his business shop ?

Sounds like a big change as not so many employers would like to reveal their financial status with the bureau. I thought AOS would be point based once reopened in order to cut the number of "eligible" applicants. Right now literally everybody is eligible if you are a human being which is ridiculous.

Hi, I meet all the requirements for the Alberta tech pathway, barring the NOC. I am confused as to what my NOC is, to my understanding it is about matching the job duties as close as possible to the ones outlined under the NOC. I’m doing all I can to figure out what my most accurate NOC Code is. I’m an account manager at a recruitment firm. Does that make my NOC code62100(technical sales), or 12101(human resource and recruitment officers)?

My concern is whether my NOC is 62100(technical sales specialist) or 12101(Human Resources and recruitment officers). The job duties are a match for both NOCs. My confusion is of the HR and recruitment officer role, I don’t know if these job duties are related to the actual HR team of a company, or if it applies in my case at an agency designed to recruit and staff candidates at our clients. I would really appreciate your understanding and clarification on this

After applying PGWP in Canada i traveled to India for 3 months .and Got diagnosis with infection leading towards Tuberculosis of lymph NON CONTAGOUS (not in lungs as asked in forms on ircc applications). then got back to canada got workpermit approved. got health card and saw doctors here done through diagnosis again found similar results. treatment was optional as doctor suggested. but i choose to get treatment for 6 months. no i am 2 months far from my completion of treatment. and 1 month far from 1 year experience for CEC under skill trade category based application. now can i apply? or would it be misrepresentation for not notifying ircc for TB while process PGWP application. or i simply apply EE and then explain while submitting file

Dear sir, Sorry to ask you a different question than the topic of video. I am krunal from India, me and my wife received Canada COPR in sep 2023. Then in oct 2023 we blessed with a baby boy. So I have made his passport and birth certificate to raise a webform in dec 2023. Since then I am raising the webforms once a month. IRCC replied that they add baby name in file and send the file to the responsible office. Till date I have not received any mail asking the generic form, family form etc. Now my COPR is going to expire on 14 april 2024. What should I do? Should I wait to add my baby in PR app.? Or I should fly alone before COPR expired?

You can't travel without adding your baby. Call IRCC or raise another webform. Add baby's birth certificate

Thanks for all details. I have a specific question kindly help.. My Friend is in Canada under ICT visa , LMIA exempt, 2year valid. Ha has been there for 8 Months. Now, The employer decided to lay off some numbers in their canada branch so request him to return and continue to work or he goes under layoff plan. He is in trouble now... Is it an employer abusive or not ? he has not completed one year so can't apply for PR. It's a closed work permit so he needs to find a new employer and visa right ?, it's hard as we all know the current situation there.. So what are the options for him to stay there with his family ? ( No study visa please) Can he stay there till the ICT visa ends and work any part time jobs, other jobs ? My ICT also ingress so I'm worries and looking for options get PR before 12 months Any other fastest way?? Thank you in advance sorry for my long question
