Bonjour. I’m not quite clear on your question. You need a CLB7 minimum across all 4 competencies in your TEF/TCF exam.

As long as you ace your TEF/TCF, you're eligible. I'm from Nigeria and I'm in Canada now because I passed it. But you can also check IRCC's website if there are some countries that are exempted.

Can one easily get picked from the pool for pnp with basic French skills?? That is to say if one writes the French exam but doesn’t get the Nclc 7 but lesser. Are chances high they can still get notifications of interest from provinces who need bilingual candidates?
