It’s quite fitting you spoke about this today. On Thursday I had a trade running, floating +$170. From $50 risk. I would have normally closed it by this point, however if it reached $200 up, that would have passed phase 2. Of course it ran back to where I had placed my stop at +$30 🤣 All lessons.

turmeric is awesome. I also suggest looking into Shilajit resin or Seamoss - they contain 85-92 of 104 nutrients, minerals etc. necessary for our organism. Have to feed your body in order to heal it. Also recommend cutting out sugar, thats the bigggest cause for inflammation in the body. Hope this can be helpful.

That on pointttttt, i went 19 days without finding a trade day 20 took a loss over all the month ended with 4 losses and 3 wins 1:3 rrr but because of is this normal to wait everyone is taking trades 🌋i took some nasty trades outside my strategy and ended up 7 losses and 3 wins, lesson learned 🥂

Great Sunday morning. Praying for a turnaround the remaining 3 months for this year. I have tried my best to get out of drawdown but lost my account by 0.01 % which was 10.01% after managing it for 3 months. Gold has been insane amid these global tensions. I got into 9% drawdown and got out, went into +8% but never withdrew split and got back into drawdown later and lost it this week. Been Listening to Ed sheeran the whole week depressed af feeling like a Bimbo for Gold. Lol. Part of the game.

As soon as you work that into your mind you will rocket your trading! 🚀 As soon as my patience and greediness became better I'm making much better decisions. Had so many setups lately that have been sort of "clean". Then I watch it again and it turns out it's not. This had led to me dodging a lot of losses lately. Same problem here. Psychology and these f***ing rules from the firms. It’s so annoying. I am in profit but do not close. Although it’s at my tp point. But I want to pass. So let the trade go. It comes back to entry. Small win at BE. Damn. Happens often enough to make myself angry about myself. And I hate to think about rules during news. I am not a news trader. But a breakout trader. And often news are catalyst and moves happen. And I can not take them immediately. Hate it. On my personal mini small account I perform better. No extra stress in my head. Daily loss etc. with the right risk management it will be ok.
