Enjoy your reviews. Completely a newbie to all this. I bought the Zohd Nano Talon FPV with the Kopilot and Zohd VC 400 cam. If I get this cam anyone know if it’s plug and play? Do I need an antenna board? I don’t wish to solder anything. Thanks for any advice.

This camera is not plug and play. You'll need a separate VTX to go with this camera.

Definitely don't like the stock setting. It looks almost like the racer nano where the image is a bit darker. But the settings allow for great adjustment

Can someone explain how we can have the teeennny tiiiiney selfie mounted camera on our phones that blows the quality of these out of the water and seems to be 50 times smaller.. yet we are stuck with tech that is this size? Until someone explains that I am confused.

The drone is broadcasting the video signal over the air, with an analog signal. That is why the quality is not awesome. It does look a lot better in the goggles though, compared to DVR footage.

@@mrb2917 I get that part.. but that has everything to do with the transmitter I would think.. This is the camera itself I am referring to.. What I am saying is that it certainly seems like we can produce smaller cameras than the like in this vid... unless what you are holding here is also a transmitter... then I would be impressed. Edit: what _he_ is holding here..

@@mrb2917 This is just the camera with a video out wire. No VTX in this product. Could be the analog circuitry is less developed thus bulky compared to a phone, but still I have to wonder the same thing as weeral1. With phone tech, seems like the cameras should be able to achieve half this size or less.

Most likely there is no RnD money to spend on fpv cameras // tech. Market is so small that investment in R&D is not profitable. First real development is the new dji system. Just need to make it smaller.
