こんにちは。 それ（くも膜下出血）は、確かに重大な要因だと思います。幸い一命は取り止めましたけれど、しばらくは地声での発声すら難しい状態でしたし、それ以前と以後では、良し悪しは別として、大きく変わりました。 けれど、声、特にカウンターテナーの発声法による声の質の低下は、バラエティとかで求められるたびに、普通の声楽家なら断って当然なようなことを、自ら率先して歌い続けるほどに、必要以上に声帯を酷使して、明らかに誰が聴いても分かるくらいに、劣化が始まっています。《もののけ姫》で初めて聴いた、という人（多いと思います）だと、他に比較するものが無いので、気づかないかもしれせんが、バッハ・コレギウム・ジャパンでの圧倒的な声を聴いてる人なら、一発で分かるくらいに、日に日に劣化してます。ただし、それを踏まえた上で、米良さんが選択したのなら、それは米良さんの自由だと思いますし、異論はありません。 あと蛇足ながら、「劣化」と言いましたが「唯一の正しい声」なんてものがあるわけでは無いので、今の声の方がむしろ良い歌もたくさんあるのは当然なので「変化」と言うべきだったかな、とは思ってます。

There is a gender b e n d i n g in Miyazaki's movies - we are talking male animator Miyazaki that made, in his best works, female lead movies - that needs to be expressed in this way. We can transgress the divide? Can we cross the milky way? It looks a little gross to me (this singer in this video) but the lived reality is....this and then some.

Miyazaki says that he deliberately chooses female heroines, and aware that he is himself a man, looking at the world from the point of view of a female (until the Crimson Pig and this) so as to express something. I am sure that the music does express Ashitaka's heart but Ashitaka's heart may likewise be, deliberately, gender-free and in that sense gender bent, because Ashitaka is a male. I think that the use of female voice actresses for Japanese animation heroines is used to achieve a gender free (genderless) purity of sorts. I met Miyasaki about 20 years ago or I was in the same room when he was being interviewed at the television company where I then worked as a lackey. The man himself is quite masculine, forceful, lusty, like his crimson pig. Ashitaka is a male that does not hit on Princess Mononoke. If I had met Princess Mononoke I would have been asking her phone number.

蓮まみ たぶんこれはクモ膜下で倒れる前の歌唱ですよ。動画の公開が2013年、米良さんが倒れられたのが2014年。残念ながらその後は公の場でこのキーでは歌ってません。

S Sasa そうですね。くも膜下になる前に、もののけ姫が出た後に精神的な事で声を失ったと本で読みました。歌えば歌うほど声が出なくなっていったと(音程がとれなくなる)、とコンサートに行かれてた方がおっしゃってました。ここまで声が出るようになったのは、すごいと思います。くも膜下出血の後はキーを下げてらっしゃいますね。それでも、頑張って歌ってくださってることが、嬉しいですね🤗今も昔も素敵な歌声です。😊
