Very good video, big thumbs up! This helped me finally get a ZTE Z828 that i had found and no one claimed going again, so yeah i did the hard reset and then it was game on, the step by step here was perfect and worked just fine. Its ironic that as a kid my favorite boxer was Muhammad Ali and ive seen all his fights and now he's helping me hack an old phone LOL !
