One learns more from a few Manly P Hall lectures than anyone or anything in the higher education system

Thank you Thank You Thank You. Gracias. I love these lectures. Mr Hall led me to Gnosis. He's a great Miestro and will always be remembered and heard.

Those who dislike have got a lot explaining to do, which apparently they cannot.

Play it to them as babys, first 7 years they are most impressionable. They going to be philosophers of life before they can walk

Quite curious- again, time travel; 40 years later- whereas in the years according to the calendar on phone... well; yeah. I guess. I will accept the critique.

Anyone else struggle to pay attention to Manly? I don't know what it is. I want to listen and enjoy his subject matter, but always drift off... . . . . . .

You might simply have had something at the back of your mind that wad distracting you, or you might have been trying to catch everything he said in one go. It's worth persevering with, and I'll be listening to it again as there's bound to be bits I missed first time.

@Ant Ismphobe i resonate with your response the most. Its his speech cadence and accent that throws me off.

I had that problem when I started listening to Alan Watts, I can't say for sure, but after a few videos, I believe that the programs and music I used to listen to sort of conditioned my brain to seek very climatic stimulation on a spoon fed basis, you can't listen to these guys with the same setup, this involves constant introspect, and you'll probably find yourself pausing and rewinding like "wait, what did he say?" after a while, it sort of catches I guess, and you'll find proof of this in your changing general taste in what you find interesting to watch/ listen to. Give it some time :) but be sincere
