I come back to this every time Andy!! All your videos are fantastic but it’s rare I like something straight away as I’ve never heard it. Absolute world class this mate and I dare anyone to try do it better, even the man who originally played it!! Bravo Sir 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

Awesome tasty playin' Andy! The creamy sound of this Epiphone makes me smile.

Thank you ever so much Bob, absolutely loved recording this one, I know Sayce is a strat guy, but I'm more a humbucker guy, and wow doesn't it sound awesome on the ES-335, that wonderful creamy tone is my favourite for playing the blues! 💙🎸

Omg. Thank you. This is one of my favourite guitar pieces ever. My dad and I wanted to learn it together, but he's been diagnosed with dementia in the last year and can't retain the information to play it. I've not gotten around to working it out fully but I really need to, for him. Thank you. This is played perfectly and I love your little touches, like at around 3.38ish.

It's such a beautiful track isn't it, love Sayce's playing, and glad you picked out my little interpretations, yeah I must say I've been wanting to record this one for ages, taken me a long time to learn it, but so worth it, love this tone too! 🎸🎶

@@melanie2663thank you as always, I really appreciate that, yeah I've been wanting to record this video for a few weeks, but kept tweaking the tone each week, finally got to a point where I was happy and needed to get it filmed. It was so worth putting all the hours of learning and time spent tweaking on it tho, watching it back I'm really proud of this one! 🎸

Thank you so much John, really appreciate the kind words, yeah it's a beautiful song and I really enjoyed getting a recording of this one down! I know Philip is very much a strat guy, but can you believe it, I don't own a traditional single coil strat, but the ES-335 made it feel more me, glad you noticed that about playing the blues on a blue guitar too, that did cross my mind too ahaa thanks again for watching and taking the time to comment 😎🎸
