Once I save edited my 360 game kinda like this. I realized if I swapped items in my inventory for other gear, the whole game was changed so I got to work and manually changed things around. It didn't work that well, but seeing dozens of NCR wearing RadSuits and shooting missiles instead of Service Rifles was amazing.
