• We admitted we were powerless over sin - that our lives had become unmanageable. • Came to believe that a Power greater than ourselves could restore us to sanity. • Made a decision to turn our will and our lives over to the care of Yahuah as we understood Him. • Made a searching and fearless moral inventory of ourselves. • Admitted to Yahuah, to ourselves and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs. • Were entirely ready to have Yahuah remove all these defects of character. • Humbly asked Yahuah to remove our shortcomings. • Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all. • Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others. • Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it. • Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with Yahuah as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out. • Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these steps, we tried to carry this message to the world and to practice these principles in all our affairs.

I stopped drinking 3 years ago. I was unable to drink 1 glass of wine like others. If I drank 1 glass it was done. Came the 2nd, 3rd and 2- bottles. And no memories. I had to check my phone, asked my friends. So it was enough. I don't drink at all. I feel so much better.

Thank you! A lot of really necessary information for a person who got the first black out a few days ago and is freaked out. I feel like a lot of people wouldn't start drinking at all if they knew this can happen. That's what you need to educate children about, not 'drink bad, sport good'

I think there are outward clues that someone is in a blackout - most noticeably they will repeat themselves, having no ability to remember things beyond the capacity of short term memory. Or they may not be able to follow conversations coherently for the same reason.

This is so true. When you talk about the speed of drinking. Downing a pint of vodka in 30 min will cause a complete black out for about an hour. If you break that pint in to 2 hours, you won’t tend to have a complete black out. I’m a living case study and experience.

Thank You Dr Ken Landow, Now understand what a Blackout really is. Why it happens and how it affects the Alcoholic. Just couldn't understand my ex boyfriend at times and thought he had early onset dementia. I think it may be better to call it a Blankout rather than a Blackout. The lattet description is often associated with passing out or being knocked out, Perhaps, some kind of trauma injury. Physical or Psychological. 🇬🇧👍🦉

In Genesis 19:30-38 , NOW , it make sense on how Lot’s two daughters got pregnant with him , when he drank wine and the Bible says : LOT DID NOT PERCEIVED WHEN HIS DAUGHTERS LAY DOWN WITH HIM , NOR DID LOT KNOW WHEN HIS DAUGHTERS AROSE . But both of Lot’s daughters were pregnant with his children ( incest ) . I BELIEVE THE BIBLE THAT LOT DID NOT KNOW , therefore, Lot ‘s daughters DRUG HIM , they had to put a drug in the wine , that cause LOT’S MEMORY TO BE LOSE ( amnesia)!.
