Hi there are so many alcohol free beers on the market now it’s worth a search n the local supermarket…. I’ve never been a wine drinker but there is a huge range 👍

I got sober in 2011 I have 13 years, and it was the hardest thing I ever did (and I "Tried" several times, I was an alone drinker when I was 21 on) It took awhile for my brain to get normal...But I promise as I was promised, one day the obsession will not be there and you will hardly think about it, and you will notice one day that you hadn't thought about alcohol in awhile and I can't tell when that happened. `And Life is so much better. I have know desire to drink...I know if I do, one drink will take me back to that hell. Also, surround yourself with non-drinkers in the beginning, and stay away from any triggers...

Thanks for making such valid points I’m sure we can all help each other here and grow this channel to save many lives as alcohol is such a gruesome killer. @@stevencurry215 Hang in there. and drinking will control your life. I remember when I quit the last time...I had to sometimes say that I just won't drink for the next 5 minutes and then the next five minutes and so on, until I hardly thought of it. also, I had something sweet when the craving came. and that helped. Hang in there.
