It is GORGEOUS!! I love it. To me, it’s like looking into an ‘angry’ cloud at sunset. So very beautiful. Thank you so much for showing how you achieved this piece. 🙏🙏🙏🤗

Hi, beautiful piece, well done. Would you consider doing a large canvas with your bubbles. They’d have to be pretty large too. Lover your work and thank you.
@randihart57312 жыл бұрын
Thank you 🙏 I might, it’s a bit easier on paper when you tilt it. I have made another large piece on paper with very big bubbles in yellow, orange and grey. It was so much fun

Very much a newbie here but you are such a good teacher. I really like your explanations of what you’re doing and why! No talking on this one, so don’t know why you are using a blower on such a big piece? You don’t seem to use them very much. Thanks.

Thank you so much 😊 I think I was just in the mood to work slowly 😄 and challenge myself a bit. And yes I mostly use my hairdryer

hello, and thank you for sharing, could gesso be used instead of latex .....,
@randihart57312 жыл бұрын
Hi. Some people use gesso… I prefer latex. But you should give it a try and see how it works and how you like it 😊 ( dit navn lyder dansk eller svensk…..? )

This is absolutely Stunning!!! The colors, gold, and your technique!! First, did you prep your canvas with gesso or Kilz? Also, did you use isopropyl alcohol or blending solution? Thank you for sharing! Gorgeous!😘💖🎨
@randihart57313 жыл бұрын
Thank you very much 🙏 🥰 I prep with a latex primer. And I use 96% pure alcohol, I believe it’s also know as grain alcohol 😊

lovely, did you seal it once dried? What did you use please?
@randihart57313 жыл бұрын
Thank you 🙏 haven’t sealed it yet, gonna leave it to dry for a few days. But I’m going to use Molotov one4all UV varnish. I usually do 5-6 thin coats

What determines which tool you use to move around your ink and iso?
@randihart57313 жыл бұрын
Well it depends on what outcome I’m going for. Hairdryer and air blower can give you two very different results. In this video I don’t dry the ink, which means that after I stop moving it, it moves a little on its own and that often gives it some very interesting looks 😄

How did you prep the canvas after painting.. was it special paint or did you have to sand?
@randihart57313 жыл бұрын
I use a latex primer. It leaves a very smooth surface so I usually don’t have to sand it

@@danaparsonsliquidcosmosart2669 all my attempts as a newbie was terrible- alcohol ink is definitely not as easy as it looks 😊 just keep learning and practicing - you’ll get there 😀😀
