Honestly, Aki speaks pretty clearly and not too quickly, so people with a half-decent knowledge of Japanese can still follow what she's saying most of the time, she's also 1st gen and for some time had the lowest sub count among Hololive 1st Gen, maybe she still does, I'm not sure, but I do remember it was getting to her at one point and she made a video talking about her low subs, which clippers did get to and it encouraged more people to check her out, she's probably my favourite vtuber really.

First thing I want to note is that subcounts really don't matter past a certain point. at >400k, Aki is still far and away one of the biggest Vtubers in the industry. Second is that her superchat earnings alone are massive, considering her comparatively low subcount and average of 2-5k live viewers. She was in the top 60 Super Chat earners *worldwide* last year. And that's even including the first few months of 2020 before she exploded in popularity thanks to Einnashu's clip. So please don't worry about Aki's numbers, she's doing just fine and punching way above her weight!

Here's the many interpretations for that: - Life is but a flash in the pan - Life is but a dream - Life is but a blur Which is what I would expect someone that proudly calls her self "パーティぴ” which was rightly translated as Party People. Overall, quality haiku. Edit, thinking about it now. I'm sure she said, "みょうむ" but I have a hard time picking up the "う" sometimes in conversation. There's a slight change in context whether it, "みょうむ" vs "みょむ”. Meaning whether it's life is but a flash in a pan/blur (人生はにみょむ) or life is hard (人生はにみょうむ), which can change the direction from "Don't drink. But if you drink, don't get drunk. If you get drunk, enjoy it because life is short." to something a bit more precautionary, "If you get drunk, be careful." Still learning.

I've seen it happen twice at the train station, one at Shibuya (ironically the only two times I was out in the wee hours of the morning and took a train). It is definitely common. I don't know the details, but besides Aki having no sense of time while drunk, as long as she was within the proximity of the station, either a station master or passerby would have quickly helped her. If it did take a while, Japanese are very considerate of personal space, so maybe it was a case of the station master trying to find her friend to wake her up.
