45:12 sir there is a minor mistake. That H+ ion will be added on main O- ion (the ion of phenoxide) and form OH with benzene ring , that COO- ion still reamin same. Then next step with dil HCl , COOH will be formed I mean Woh bagal k COO- pe nehi upar ki O- pe hi chala jayga 🙏🏻❣️

First I'm not a student I just stumbled upon your doubt and answered on whim and second you should refer theory of electronegativity first as it's just the relative tendency of attracting electron due to higher effective nuclear charge and negatively charge ions have less electronegativity. No exchange of electron takes place and the order of + I groups are as follows 0-, Coo- , 3° alkyl , 2° alkyl , 1° alkyl , CH3 , H
