It's good that you buy healthy foods but, you're going to have a difficult time losing weight, with all the junk food. If you don't buy it, you don't have to eat it.
@oneseeker26 жыл бұрын
I go by carb counting, it's the high carbs that turn into sugar that causes weight gain and obesity. The bread, I purchase whole grain. Add avocado, brown rice, zucchini. Buy nothing white. Sweet Potatoes are healthy. I try to eat lots of green things, I eat a banana daily, foods that are anti-inflammatory. Your haul at both places looked way way yummy.

I honestly don’t understand why people care what you eat and leave weird comments. We don’t all want to be Organic People. It doesn’t necessarily mean we will be fat nor does it mean our lives are severely shortened. As a matter of fact, heavy people can be guaranteed that if they were literally starving, lost in the woods and couldn’t have a food source, their body has a lot it can take from however, anorexic people are 10 times more likely to survive many days less because there is nothing for the body to take, except muscles. Being happy with who you are is all that matters.

Piece of advice, with the sugar free gums. Look at the ingredients and make sure there isn't aspartame in it because that's actually worse than high fructose corn syrup and I've seen it in a lot of brands such as big red which I used to love😭

I’m new to this channel. You can never go wrong with green vegetables! From reading through the comments people are indicating that you are trying to lose weight. What worked for me is more green veggies, high protein meats, and exercise. I stay away from sugars and starches. Also, the calorie counts are per serving. Good luck 👍🏽

Awesome to see all the fresh vegetables and brussel sprouts are my favorite too period and bananas can never have enough bananas. How is the almond milk? Do you drink it in a glass or do you use it on cereal or do you bake with it?? Like can you use it to make homemade macaroni and cheese?
@onelovevegan40616 жыл бұрын
Get a vitamix and make your own Alfredo sauce that is healthy and guilt-free! You can use cashews, and potatoes...regular or white sweet potatoes. You’ll also be able to make smoothies, sauces, nice cream, and nut butters. Also, sugar-free items are terrible for you. They contain artificial sweeteners that have been show to actually cause weight gain.

I don't need them, but oh well. Shoot me then😁Also, brussel sprouts with parmesan cheese and bacon bits in the oven...yummmmm. I have NEVER had almond milk...not a milk fan unless it is choclate....so I need to try the almond milk chocolate like you drink.,🤔 hugz from Mississippi...close to Memphis and Graceland!

Do Keto. I had high insulin resistance, I have lost forty pounds so far and this great since I ate two salads a day for fifteen years and stayed at 300. A woman posted on Dr Berg's fb (Keto) lost 162 lbs in 10 months. As for me I feel a lot better down from 297 lbs. Jan 2018 to 253 lbs. now. No carbs, no fake sugar no nitrates or nitrites. The key for me and many is not to trigger insulin with each meal, no snacks, intermittent fasting is between meals.

Hi Pink Fairy, I've watched a few of your video's and started back to the first one you posted about 4 years ago. This was the first one that I saw that was nice to see you start off with some veggies and fruit but like other video's you go right back into hauling a tone of processed food and I'm not even talking about the snack foods. I also noticed that you continually mention calorie count and having worked in the natural health care industry and reversing a critical illness/disease which has a direct relation to food, I thought I would just mention that calories are not that significant in the grand scheme of things when trying to eat health, repair digestion and/or lose or gain weight. I had sever gut damage which I believe eating processed foods filled with empty calories and tons of sugar had a major roll in how sickly I had become. I never struggled with being overweight, it was the opposite actually. I had such sever gut damage that I couldn't hold any food down until I decided to change my old habits and take my life back. I had to relearn what real food meant and from there I was able to reverse my health completely and will never look back. Some might be thinking, well what does my illness have to do with you or your channel? Well, just because a person is thin or overweight it doesn't mean that they aren't both struggling with the same problems. Most weight issues are caused not by eating too many calories (although that can happen) but often more times than not it happens because someone is eating too many empty calories or food with no nutritious value which then tell their brain that they are still hungry because they didn't get the nutrition from the meal they just consumed. Also, most packaged food is not really food at all and only contains loads of sodium, sugar, chemicals, glyphosate and then you put it in a microwave and your basically eating dead food, devoid of all nutrition which can lead to multiple health ailments including chronic illness, obesity and even cancer. So again, I"m not hear to tell you what to do or preach to you about what you eat, I'm just commenting to help because I know what it's like to feel malnourished regardless of what our outward appearance may look like. I also believe having issues loosing weight needs to be corrected by correcting the circadian rhythms, leptin resistance (brain starvation), addressing the gut flora and sealing a leaky gut. If you'd like to hear a little more about this I've included a video of what I did to optimize my nutrition, if you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pZmkp6yunZqdbdU If not than that's fine too and I wish you and your family a wonderful day! With Love & Light! Jessica

I am very impressed with the fresh veggies and fruit! This is a journey, not a race. You are making changes that you can maintain long-term, and you are inspiring your child to make healthier choices. Don't listen to those who wish to bring you down. Healthier doesn't mean healthy all the time. Balance is key, and sometimes you need to treat yourself! :) Keep going!!!
@Truecrimeresearcher2246 жыл бұрын
The one downside of fresh fruit is I live alone if I don't eat them the day I get them they mold. Bananas and apples and oranges are the most forgiving. Grapes are pretty forgiving. Strawberries are not

You could also make big batches of the chicken alfredo and freeze it in meal portions girl! Just under cook the pasta so it finishes cooking when you reheat it. :) Good luck on your road to a healthy life. Ignore the comments that are not helpful. Also, it's okay to treat yourself once in awhile! Most diets fail because people try to cut out everything bad. You're doing great.
