I got that shampoo and conditioner that you recommended, it leaves your hair soft and shiny, so thank you for the tip. I was told yesterday my diabetes is in remission, I was diagnosed June last year, I'm hoping my hair etc improves, I'm off metformin so I'm happy.

Linda Evans hi thank you so much for watching after a really good cut by my daughter ( not had short hair for years ) on her advice taking biotin tablets and cod liver oil capsules for about 6 months now and using the shampoo and conditioner from Aldi which is so so gentle I have to say my hair feels wonderful and is growing back nice and thick and a bit course like it was 20 years ago , 7 weeks after the big cut it will be cut again this week xxxx
