It reminded me of my mom’s, since used to add spices in her flour mix. Your homemade mango chutney sounds like it will be good. I worked with a gentleman from Shri Lanka that used to make it and give it to us. Oh my it was good! I must get me a rotisserie chicken to make chicken salad, since my family love it!
