We've got a 2014 version of this, which we've had from new. Can't rate it highly enough. It's perfect for our family of 5. I think the layout is ideal for a family. The children like their own privacy, we don't use the shower very much but it's perfectly adequate, and we can all sit around the table at the front. I'm sure you'll sell that one in no time.
