I want to know to about aldi coffee pods how do you use them as it says it takes pods? Also was the coffee really hot when the mug isn't pre warmed? And will it only make the required amount of coffee in mls dependent on what you filled up the water despenser? If you wanted two 200ml cups coffee there is no way of telling machine this? U just have to fill up each time water despenser?

This is a filter, drip coffee machine. It doesn’t take pods or grind coffee. The amount of water you put in is the amount that comes out. Hope this helps.

No. This is just a filter drip coffee machine so doesn’t take pods.

You could buy Starbucks filter coffee and it would taste quite similar, Starbucks has, I imagine very expensive machines and are coffee experts - This is just a drip coffee machine with timer after all

You can use any ground coffee so it depends on your taste really. We like the Costa Signature Blend ground coffee for cafetière and filter.

The instructions say you can use a soft pod (whatever that is). I always used ground coffee though. BTW these are £14.99 at my local Aldi
