Hello!! I bought mine yesterday and today give it the first use but.... i really want to know how wet does this steam mop leave the floor??? I think mine is too wet. Please help!

It not suppose to leave water just a wet path that usually dry up in a few min. It shouldnt leave puddles of water at all. I hope this helps

I have one too! I love mine. I sweep, them lightly mop with a light cleaner and then steam mop. That's a good purchase

Hi again, I hope all is well on your side of the world. Well I bought the steam mop, and I love it, it dries faster than using a microfiber mop that's damp (like the steam mop, but just the handle and no steam) . Not good on the grout, it might be because it's over 20 years old. Saw I can use the attachment (when you add the other attachments on) as a direct spray without adding the grout / scraper attachment. Now I can clean some chairs, and use the garment cleaner to revive the seat covers.

You are so welcome. I wanted to just use how water to show you how it works without anything else. I you soaps like dawn/,Dr Bronners and a little bit of baking soda. Make sure it desolves in the water. It helps with any odor in carper. You are welcome.

I just got one! Do you know where to get some more mop heads? Mine has fuzzy white strings rather than the mop head you have, but shape and steam mop machine looks the same.

I should add that I am going to check the Dirt Devil mop heads out because that looks closest UNLESS someone knows where to get real replacements.

Tabitha Teeter u kno i noticed my new steam mop has the stringy ones as well. To he honest they clean better than my old pads.

I can add that the warranty is good. Mine died and I followed the warranty instructions. (It started leaking and then died a month later) I was sent a replacement mop that has a little screw that helps hold the head to the body of the steamer. I now have mop heads like shown plus the old ones. I use the folding handle to get my cord off fast. Squeeze, bend handle , pull of the cord and snap it back.

I purchased either Oct or Nov 2020.. Im not sure if the model # is the same but here's what I have: MD 16941 Product Code is 801681 -- 1-866-633-4660 *FYI: Its the end of Jan2021 & I was trying to contact the phone # above for extra pads & gliders but they said they dnt have them but I can look on eBay or Amazon for a similar item for replacement. That is for steaming a carpet or area rug. It rises the unit up so that it will glide over the carpet.

This mop on worked for a few months, afterward only worked (steamed), when the mop was turned upside down. Aldi did not stand by their product, did not return calls. When they finally did return my call, they did not resolve issue andsaid they would get back to me and didn't. Had same issue with Shark steamer. They replaced the entire unit, (no questions asked), which I did not expect. Disappointed with Aldi. They would not repair or exchange. Shark owned up to the defect. If a manufacturer knows their product has issues they will, if they care about the consumer and want repeat business. Aldi has yet to understand this business model. I am glad it worked for you. The thumbs down for Aldi, not your review. Thank you.

Sorry to hear that. It has to be where you ate located they need to train the stores to stand by the return policy. I would wait until they come out with them again and take it back to the store as if you just purchased it and get ur money back. Its 2 ways to skkin a cat

I had a Dutch oven from Aldi that chipped. I wrote to the company and they immediately sent me a brand new one and I didn't even have to send back the chipped one. Aldi merchandise has a warranty, you should definitely get in touch with customer service, not at the store level.

i loved your video. so much in fact i made a special trip into Aldis to get one. our Aldis was just remodeled so everything was moved around. when i finally found them there was 1 there so as im ealking to grab it another hand goes in front if me to take it😞😮😞😮😞😮💦💦. im a very very easy going person but this ummm person OMG she made me so mad. she goes oh did u want that followed by such a fake laugh i wanted to hurt her. the this heffa got nerve enough to say she would let me have it for $40.00!!!!!!!!!!! i said no u need it more then i do u can have it. i was so mad i was steaming. the good news is theres another Aldis across town n i went there n got 2. one for my self n i incase i need a last minute gift for someone. so it all ended well but the nerve of this person.
