Goa need a new hospital of GMC scale or even bigger. Instead of new Raj Bhavan govt must consider new hospital which is most needed for Goan health care. In the absence of sufficient govt hospitals, the private hospitals are skinning patients. The so called DDSSY scheme is not fully useable in private hospitals. What a mess this govt is creating.
