Amazing performance! It’s some kind of magic. These weird motions, face expressions and Oliver Cromwell’s look mesmerize me. I have no idea how this regular looking girl turn to pure beauty and become the part of her awesome songs on the stage

Thank you for posting this. She's just incredible and it was such an amazing gig. Her voice is magical. I was down at the front and it felt like when Aldous looks you in the eye she can see right into your soul but at the same time she's looking through you. It was quite a strange sensation which has never happened before or since.

You saw her? Lucky !! Dude.. I already loved the music... Then about two weeks ago I watched some of her music videos and I am now obsessed. She has to be the most genuinely weird charismatic performer I've ever seen. It's a total vibe. Her music, her expression, the visuals, just EVERYTHING. Ugh

This brings so many memories. I was at her gig the day before in Vicar St., Dublin. It was such an impromptu decision to go but Aldous is a very special artist so I am forever grateful that I got to see her live. Funnily enough, during the gig, I acquainted myself with this fella and we got on very well but then I ran off after the gig and I didn't get to exchange phone numbers with him. It's always been a big regret of mine that I didn't talk to him for longer that night. Dublin is pretty small, but when you want to find someone... well, I never saw him again. That is life, I guess. I can't wait for live music to make its return, I really miss gigs.

The music and performance are undeniable. Is she surrendering herself to the point of self-annihilation? I watched a friend diminish herself, in an act of self destruction, by starvation. I am only an observer.

This is a remarkable performance. I think it may have something to do with the fact she's got a bass player here that can find the pocket. Her usual bass player always sounded like he was still learning the instrument. This clip is the best this year IMO.
