Why can't we see that men were also victims 😞 of arranged marriages too and the impact this had on them, the people they want to marry or should have married, the feelings and responses (not always positive) towards seeing someone they really wanted being with someone else, what the wives and families did to these other people and their families to desparately placate this need (sometimes unrequited) and the countless generations going forward? Sometimes the laws were there to reduce and sometimes rebuild declining populations and sometimes not the ones blatantly obvious.🤷
