Rule number one is to never point a gun at someone you don’t intend to kill. He broke the first rule, then he pulled the trigger. People can blame the armorer, but the fact is if everyone handled the guns safely, even if they were all loaded, no one would have been hurt. Also, it is common practice to check a firearm YOURSELF, even if someone just checked it and told you it was unloaded. It’s his fault 100%. Him lying about pulling the trigger makes it even worse for him.

still he followed directions from the director. your words are for the streets not on a movie set. sarah Zachary is the prop master , her responsibility was to ensure the gun and bullets were safe to use. she failed to check the firearm, her first mistake, second she failed to check the bullets. that resulted in a death. sarah Zachary should be on the news regarding her inability to perform her job and responsibility. so your dumb to think he should be charged with murder, he has no responsibility for what happened. it's sad that someone died but if anyone is to be charged should be the director and the prop master. period!

@@blueskies195 Facts are facts. If you shoot and kill someone, it is absolutely no defense to say “but they told me it was unloaded!”. You go to prison for manslaughter. Like I said, there’s no debating this. You could make an argument that she should have some sort of consequence too, but again, SHE didn’t kill anyone. Alec Baldwin did. Amazing to see so many people disregard his negligence that DIRECTLY caused someone’s death.
