And everyone sees him as this sad singer, who just isn't loved as much as Taylor Swift etc., but he has such beautiful songs that really resonate with everyone.

I love how comfortable Alec is with you guys on the Zach Sang Show. He just seems like he’s able to be himself and not worry about being on the late night shows or daytime talk shows. Zach, you seem to really like Alec and he knows that, so he is able to ramble (which is so Alec) and that allows him to say stuff he might not say elsewhere. Alec just deserves to have that 2nd breakout hit because his lyrics are so real and his voice is so recognizable. His songs are so much better that the majority of songs that get a lot of airplay. ❤😍

@@FunnyPitbull-ks9su In the interview he sometimes worries all his music sounds the same so he was intentionally trying some new things on this album. I was saying I don't think all his previous songs sound the same and I support artists trying new things. Sometimes artists stick to the same sound every song because they are afraid their fans only want more of the same. I do think it's funny, because the songs mentioned in that part of the episode don't sound particularly different to me. On a technical level they are different, but for me they still sound like Alec Benjamin songs. Fun to hear him geek out about what he was trying in the songs though!

@@Lvtifv they really didn't have a point though. they said the music sounds like Alec Benjamin songs, and hey correct me if I'm wrong, but that might be because they're alec Benjamin songs? Like I still don't understand how they mean that, all his music sounds the same? Well not really no. They have the same singing voice obviously but here's also a way different vibe to each one and I simply don't agree that they're all the same. Again there's absolutely no comparison to songs like mother's eyes to ones like king sized bed. You can't compare the two.. the voices yes sure, probably because it's the same fking dude singing but the vibes are much different. This also may be because I have autism and I prefer things organised and similar which is why Alec Benjamin music is really all I listen to... Which even then isn't missing the points a lot of the time like.... An autism trait so really you have no point here either way.

Been a fan of Alec's since Let Me Down Slowly. Wish I would've found him even earlier so I could've been enjoying his music even longer. I have matching Change My Clothes tattoos with one of my best friends. We went to see Alec in Helsinki in 2022 and got to very briefly meet him after the concert and he took a photo with us. Super nice and humble guy. Absolutely love his music. Hoping he'll come to Finland again for this tour. Me and my friend will definitely be there again.

It's just soo much noise tbh... I randomly saw one of Alec's "Can I sing for you: videos fews years back, and then got hooked... Have been a die-hard fan ever since... I only later got to know it was him who sang LMDS... Whenever I let a friend of mine listen to his music, they get hooked too... And now we all are counting fingers until he release new music... He must have so many fans around the world, because I myself am from Sri Lanka... I really wished I could be there at on of his concerts... Nevertheless, this kid needs visibility, because he is damn good song writer... I might say the best in IMO...
