Disclaimer: im just a young South African dude who likes the channel, not an expert but For me, i enjoy today's music because its very melodic and entertaining and the bars are more casual and relaxed. i love 2000s and early 2010s hip hop because they transformed the game and made it normal to have good bars and good energetic beats. (my fav music generation) i respect 90s hip hop and earlier generations and still listen to the few songs i like. songs like this one where you wonder "damn how can they put this together?" are my favourite. i think it'll be cool to expand the audience of the channel and react to some South African hip hop music and South African gqom music
