I have been trying to bring fluency in English...and i think these are the few things that are helping me, hope this will be of help to you all 1) start thinking in english,speak with yourself in english 2) read books aloud, i really think this helps to bring that fluency 3) writing comments on insta or youtube vedio really helps to bring your thoughts into words 4) selecting a topic speaking about it infront of the mirror and recording it...you will be able to figure out your mistakes and improvements 😊

Hi Ma'am 👋 I would also like to add something. I hope the genuine ones read this! Ma'am, we (in our minds) are always in a constant state of comparison, which is very natural and especially we constantly judge ourselves on the basis of things we are not good at. But, one has to understand that koi aapse kisi cheez mein accha isliye hai, kyunki woh uss cheez par zyaada mehnat kiya hai. And especially when it comes to English, there's honestly nothing to do with intelligence. Baaki log buss aaapse race mein aagay hai. Aur kuch nahi. Agar aaap aaj se honestly thoda thoda padhna shuru karenge toh ekdum hojayega. But jo sabse bada barrier hai, woh hai 'Arreh, mera seekhne ka samay toh nikal gaya!' Just because other people of the same age group are speaking better English, that shouldn't stop you! Apne aaap ko lifelong student samajhne se bohot faayda hota hai because as a student you've got all the right to make any number of mistakes!

You only need one thing ‘ don’t give value to what others think ‘ give value to yourself , keep your eye on the right target ! And yeah you are right ! To be fine and fluent in English doesn’t mean you are superior! Your Hindi is already good because it’s your first language ! The only thing is those who are fluent and confident in English had the right environment where they could naturally practice ! So try to keep yourself with the company where people generally speak good English ! You will naturally learn ! I also face the same problem ! My sister’s knowledge of English is quite similar to mine ! But she’s a lot fluent and confident speaking in public just because she always had the company of people who were good at English ! So give less value to other’s opinion and more to yourself ! By the way your English is quite good already ! Keep learning , keep growing !

Every topic has certain terminology. If you have not come across that topic never you can not expect yourself to speak better on that. Because there are humongous topics in this world. We don't know about everything. It is okay, just read on that topic, then try to speak.

I have been watching tv shows in english for a year initally with subtitles and then without it. But i didn't realised this that time. And one day later i accidently clicked on a ranadom english news video . I was going to close it but in a quick i realised i could understand every word that reporter was saying. I got a shock for second and then overwhelmed by succes. because 2 year back i was not capable of understanding more than few words in american and british accent , especially with thati fluency and speed .Now i can watch it with 2× speed. It taught me that it was consistenct practice for a year that lead me to that stage. Now i should this with speaking and writung as well. It will improve my english surely :)

I have almost overcomed every problem. Almost. I mostly never needed translations from the beginning and now translation is not an option at all😀. This lockdown is kind of boon for me, because if lockdown was not there then I couldn't have found your channel.
