What Aleena says is correct. I am a native, certified English teacher who has been helping learners like you with their English for more than 10 years. In my experience, the primary obstacle many learners have isn't grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, or anything like that. It's their mental attitude. Whenever I have a new student or start a new class, I always give my two rules: First, don't be afraid of making a mistake. Mistakes aren't a sign of weakness. I tell students that I don't expect perfection and I won't shout or laugh at them if they make a mistake. If they make a mistake, we will find the correct answer, and they will continue learning, Second, relax! If we are tense and nervous, our brains won't function. So, take it easy and keep practicing. You're English is probably better than you think it is!

But I think, I improved a little bit to speak and write English, however it's not enough to let me a position where l getting a job. I didn't cut off my hope to learn English. When someone starts speaking English, their first thought is often whether they can effectively convey their thoughts to another person or not. While starting out, there may be some mistakes in their sentences, but their mind will process in the background what it wants to say, and eventually, they will be able to finish their sentences correctly. I used to be really, really afraid to speak in english cuz most of the time I felt unsure or unconfort with my own pronunciation and understanding of the language itself. but this year I could finally over came that fear thanks to several videos of specific topics I like, such as movies, music and comics in english. Yes it happens with everyone I think who is not so fluent in this language. But ma'am the situation is even worse for Hindi medium students. This is the bitter truth . Everywhere when you face some interview they will ask you “ Can You speak in English fluently? you are talented it would be a second thing . But as you said when you're willing to put great efforts in something. Everything will be okay then. We can't blame anyone ultimately, we have to work on it to get it done.. So, nice of you... I have gone through exaclty the same situation which you faced and even in same class i.e. 6th standard. But, still those scars are in my mind and I am still not comfortable in speaking English. That rude behaviour of co-students as well as teacher broke me from the bottom of my heart and I lost. Its more than 20 years for all that. But those memories are so scary. I hate that phase. Same thing happened with me, I'm got admission in English medium school after 7th. But Unfortunately I did not carried that, after few months I quit my study in that English medium school and waisted a 1 Your of my life. One year later once again I started my study in gujarati medium school. Then I'm continue my study till 12th science, but after that once again I quit my Study. Next 2 years I'm trying at various job. In year 2015 I bought a Auto Rikshaw, Since then till today I drive a rickshaw And also work As a part time KZbinr.
