@ Homemaker Zone speak slower and pause in your speech. Hence giving yourself time to think, but it’s okay to use the occasional- erm whilst you think or switch topic. Even top politicians do it :)

Your tips help new beginners on online teaching. But you should include tools and other things which can be required in this profession. Such as software, microphone so on things are needed to be taught online. I hope you make another video about this topic. Ito sobne janta he online teaching us not bad as a profession and kisi cheej le ker time spend korne me kuch na kuch hashil ho jata he. As a beginner they want to know in details. Aleena, I feel that no teacher has relevance in todays time, only learners/ students are relevant. If a student has a will to learn then he/she will learn no matter how difficult it is. I think in these times nobody can claim that they are teachers of any particular subject, internet is more powerful in terms of memory, what I am trying to say is humans should only be learners and not claim as teachers. Offcourse everyone can express their thoughts and insights about a particular subject but they cant be considered as teachers. An individual should decide for self that what to be learnt for his/her benefit.

A teacher is someone who can coach & mentor students. An effective teacher has the ability to bring out the best in their students and ensures the students full potential is reached. Even the top performers / most skilled people in the world- they have the skill, however their coach will give them the required direction and training to maximise their performance. Even us teachers have mentors & seek guidance from various avenues. 🥳

Mentoring is completely different, you may agree or disagree with the person. Only excellence is recognized not the trainer/teacher. What I am trying to say is individual should focus on achieving excellence in his/her own field rather recongnizing oneself as a teacher/ trainer.
