To make yourself clear to the people listening to you, you have to pronounce it certain way. If you are only talking to other Indians then pronounce it however you want, you don't need these videos, but if you are talking to native English speakers in a professional setting, learning these will make the communication a lot better. If you don't care about seamless communication with native speakers, you are not the target audience for these videos.

There is a difference between an accent and mispronouncation. If English people call it TOE-MAA-TOE and Americans call it TO-MA-TO it really doesn't make a difference as long as you understand what they are saying. An accent is just another language with one's own rules

I think you really cannot change this, it's how accents are. If companies can allow Keyboard inputs for English (India) I think we can use whatever accent we are comfortable in. It's not mispronounciation.. It's *INDIAN ACCENT* .. If Spanish, Mexican, and other people can accept their accents then why can't we? Stop spreading misconception maybe and better spread awareness about different accents.. Don't make someone shy according to their accents just because you don't have the knowledge about different accents people can have in different regions or Nations *NOTE* : languages are made to communicate.. And as long as you are clear in that, you're good to go..
