That's a great video.with some info missing yet..I am sure we don't earn a shareable certificate and unlimited access if we take the "Audit the course" option. You could have also shared pros and cons of this option. There is another unexplored option you could have discussed that is "Financial Aid" which is a bit time consuming as Coursera takes time to offer financial aid when you apply. Then you get the full course fee waived or some part of it as per the Coursera's understanding your situation. There you actually earn a shareable certificate.

You can audit the course and apply for financial aid simultaneously. Once the financial aid is approved, you can do the quizes/assignments and get the certificate This saves you the time you will spend waiting for the financial aid to be approved

This is great for learning, In case anyone does not know the word audit means examine or somewhat close to it, like review. So, in this case, you do not get the certificate but you definitely get the resources. I enrolled for the 7-day trial and completed my Professional Certificate in 6 days after constant learning for like 12 hours a day. Still I am asked to pay the first month billing cycle or lose my progress. I do not know what to do now...

It must be noted that all courses are NOT Audit-able. So, the claim that it can unlock "all" courses is not true. You only shared a public information with people who did not know it. But please be sincere and say in the beginning that Only Courses allowed for Audit will be done like this. The start place to know is FAQ. Here you will have a section "Can I Audit the course for free" something like this. Then your information will work.

I'm sorry to say but this information is nothing new. The money taken by Coursera is to get the certificate and the graded assignments. When did Coursera say that even to study the material, you need to pay? Never, right? You used the word "Trick" as if we can get something which is usually paid, for free, but it's just a way to study the free course, which is openly free all the time, for everyone. No tricks required. I don't get the point. You just stated the obvious.

This is a fraud. Auditing courses doesn't let you take the assignments. Instead, just apply for financial aid. You usually get it if your reason is strong enough.
