I really like this style of video with the philosophy behind the list building and an example of how it plays out in an actual game. Exactly what newer players like me need to help build a foundation of knowledge for list building.

Yes showing the thinking behind the decisions is much more useful for getting better instead of a blunt 'take this' type approach

I don’t think all factions need to have the mission in mind for making lists. Some have it easier/harder than others. For instance, I need to know for Yu Jing. Yu Jing has the problem of having Specialists OR Guns. My O12 can have both. I can make general lists for O12. I can make a Firepower list, Speed list, or Take and Hold list. I don’t need to know specific missions. I think Aleph can be general too. They have some of the best specialists in the game and best guns.

Take a look at the list building video. You're 100% right, some armies have it easier than others, as an Invincible Army and Military Orders player, boy do I know! That said, this list would work well for Highly Classified, also for Countermeasures, supplies etc. Etc. Anything that needs a specialists bomb, this one will do. There will be lists coming for Yu Jing in N5, but it will always be based around an event/ mission as that's how I build. Maybe it would help if I include other missions it would work for, what do you think? Either way, thanks for watching and your input. I really appreciate both.

@@thedicegodswg Yeah it's one of the things that prompted me to go to O12. So much frustration with lists for YJ. So many lists! Then you get to the meet up to play and they want to do the one mission you don't have a list for! LOL. Then you make one up on the spot and it's never thought out.

I should have gone OSS sooner... the OG aleph I like (Vedic) but with fire teams... and dual marut!!!
