@@BilalLiaqat-v9j COS and company everything will be accurate and legal means registered in UK but only in papers. 99% cases mein they provide the work permit tier-2 visa without job means sponsorship. In simple:- You will pay tax/month to a fake company in return there would be no job provided by the company.

I assume she is making her application at this late date because your intention is to make a Graduate Route application. I would advise that you do this as soon as possible - this is because you are applying at a peak time of year. Applications generally take longer over the summer. Furthermore your wife has to have her visa and be in the UK to apply for a Graduate Route application. Her application could take a while to be assessed, for example if her evidence is looked at in further detail, meaning the whole process takes longer. Furthermore the visa centre may ask why a dependant application is being made once you have completed your course - this would cause a further delay. Applying in late summer or early autumn would be risky. The decision is hers, of course, but we would advise an application as soon as possible.
