I actually went and bought a new Blow dryer, with a flat end extension, and it came with a nice round brush. I started using the round brush while blow drying my damp hair after washing it and it works perfectly. I got this stuff, after I found a new hair stylist who is amazing, and bought the stuff she used. You put it in while your hair is damp and when you blow dry it, and gives it more volume. Its from Aveda. Was on the expensive side, but was so impressed with my haircut I figured why not.

hey sorry it took me so long to reply, how did it work out? and what product are u using? if u still dont have much volume try hanz de fuko quicksand and/or a sea salt spray like kms californias, it added a some texture and volume. let me know!

I'm not sure if the formulation is different, but they definitely changed the scent. It smells like Vanilla now :)

I kind of find my hair to be not too thin and not thick. My hair is also frizzy, living in Florida with the humidity, so I need a good amount of product. I think I might just need more practice with it. I also just recently found an amazing hair stylist so that should help also. Ill give what you said a try. Thank you. :)

im not daniel :P but i have some tips, try doing the other directon, so if u style it to the left go to the right, vice versa, because i could be going with the direction your hair grows and u get volume going against it, second, what product are u usuing? and if your hair is thick like mine GET IT THINNED it helps so so so so much its awesome. let me know :)

Well this style of cut is called disconnected undercut. This is when the sides are of different length than the top (shorter on the sides). Styling it depends on how you want to do it. You can style it like him I guess
