I'm a Indian citizen with a bachelor's degree in chemistry and I got a software engineer job offer from facebook in USA. Will USCIS accept my application for employment based immigrant or H1b visa even though I don't have a bachelors degree in CS? But I have a IBM professional certificate in artificial intelligence, will it convince USCIS for my employment based immigrant or H1b visa? Or please suggest some alternative solution.
